Private & small group sessions

I really enjoy offering one-on-one private instruction. We can practice handstands or get into the nitty gritty of alignment or breathe together or pull oracle cards (or all of those things!). Sessions for individuals, partners, small groups, educational groups, prenatal, or corporate groups currently available via Zoom or in person in Humboldt County, CA.

I offer custom recorded yoga sessions made specially for you! I'd love to record a video or series of videos for you (or a loved one as a gift) that is yours to keep forever. Just let me know what length video you would like and what you'd like the focus to be. Pricing depending on length: 25 mins: $50, 50 mins: $100, 75 mins: $150.
